During my college days, I remembered one of my classmates had a case study about putting up an internet cafe. It was during this time that boom of net cafe started.
One of the major factors to consider in putting up a business such as net cafe is the foot walk or location. The more foot walk you have the better chances that your business will succeed. Why? because clients are more familiar with MS than that of linux.
With the advent of online games, gamers tends to hang online rather that play LAN games more so that we need a high speed net connections. You can also put a promo such as pay for only 40 php overnight.
Putting up a business is a risk. We need to have a business like mindset to succeed. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
